The customer contacted us to see if we could do anything with their original pine floor boards in the house. There were 3 bedrooms dining room and lounge. They were about to re-decorate. Having lifted the carpet to carry out the painting and decorating, they were surprised to reveal an existing wood floor (with great potential) hidden underneath their old carpet. The rooms upstairs have been kept with the original colour, as for downstairs the customer has decided to go for a darker finish on the floor.
Pine boards sanded and finished with Junckers white Prelak and 2 coats of clear lacquer. The white Prelak stops the floor from going yellow.

We have sanded the floor to a very fine grit, new light oak stain and 3 coats of seal have been applied.

The floor have damp problems and there were blocks that have become loose. We have removed all loose blocks, cleaned the base, removed all loose screading, applied DPM and a new screed base. All blocks have been cleaned and refitted. The entire floor has been sanded and 3 coats of seal have been applied.
Customer had large stains on the floor. By sanding the wood all stains have been removed and 3 fresh coats of seal have been applied.
