Having lifted the carpet to carry out the painting and decorating, they were surprised to reveal an existing wood floor (with great potential) hidden underneath their old carpet. The rooms upstairs have been kept with the original colour, as for downstairs the customer has decided to go for a darker finish on the floor.

After fitting the parquet floor it has been sanded down and finished with a gloss lacquer.
