We have installed the parquet floor for the customer in Herringbone pattern with double border. Once the floor has been installed we have sanded it down to a fine grit, white oil has been applied to give the floor a white wash look and 2 coats of matt lacquer have been applied on top to give the floor resistance.
Oak parquet blocks installed in herringbone pattern with no border. The floor have been finished with a white primer and 2 coats of high traffic seal in matt finish.
The engineered floor has been laid with flexible adhesive suitable for underfloor heating. After laying the floor was sanded to a very fine grit. A white primer has been applied to give the look of white wash Once the floor was dry lacquer has been applied.
The customer wanted new parquet blocks on the hallway to match the existing floor from the other rooms. We have applied DMP on the hallway. To be able to continue with the pattern from the other room we have taken some of the blocks out and married the 2 sections together. After the blocks were laid, all gaps have been filled with gap filler and 3 coats of seal have been applied.
The new oak floor has been sanded down and 2 coats of osmo clear oil has been applied.
