Spanish Oak Floor Restoration Scunthorpe

The customer called us on this Spanish oak floor restoration project to see what we can do to help. During our conversation the customer mentioned he has initially tried to restore the floor and it has gone wrong. Because the floor hasn’t been sanded correctly the floor was very uneven. Once he has applied seal it ended up being very patchy. We have many customers calling us with same problem, either them trying to restore the floor of the builder is trying to do it for them. It is very important the sanding process to be done by a experienced person.

We have explained to the customer that we will have to do a full re-sand. Once the re-sand is done, we will apply 3 coats of seal, leaving the floor as new.
